ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

We are happy to provide childcare for children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 6 years.  Each child must have a health appraisal completed by his/her physician before entering our program.  This health appraisal must be updated on a regular basis to show that all immunizations are current for his/ her age.  Each child must also have a current emergency contact form on file in order to be enrolled.
